Your car hire booking

We only collect data that is relevant to your car hire booking. This is stored in a secure database and used by us to process your car hire booking. We will never ask for your credit card details on our servers and don't store any credit card details in any way on our servers.

As a broker, we will supply information necessary to complete your booking (but not including your credit card details) to our rental suppliers, purely for the process of completing your booking.

Payments

All payments are using a secure encrypted link on our suppliers website and not on our own website.

Our suppliers systems are fully PCI compliant, which means you can be sure they are totally secure. Our suppliers only use your credit card details to take payment and do not store them at any time. Their systems get regularly audited by an accredited PCI auditor to ensure they maintain the PCI standards at all times.

Your data

We will never disclose any data held by us to any other third party at any time and all data is held on a secure server. Your data will not be used in any mailing list or for any other purpose.

You can request your data be deleted at any time, by emailing us at info@orlandovillas.com, stating your name and email address. This will mean your car hire order will cease to exist and any open orders will be cancelled.

By using our site you are implicitly agreeing to have your information used in this way.

Your US Car Hire account

We provide this as a service on our website and in our apps, so you can easily keep track of all your car hire orders with us.

We only collect data that is relevant to your car hire account so you can access your account. This includes your name and email address. This is stored in a secure database and is used solely so you can access your US Car Hire Account.

In accordance with legislation, inactive accounts will automatically be deleted after a period of time.

You can request your data be deleted at any time, by emailing us at info@orlandovillas.com, stating your name and email address. This will mean your US Car Hire Account and any car hire orders will cease to exist and any open orders will be cancelled.

Our contact us page

Our contact us page at this link is there purely for you to contact us with any questions you may have. This sends us an email with the details you have input. We ask for your name and email address so we know who and where to reply to. We do not use this data for any other purpose and will never pass it to third parties or use it to send you unsolicited emails.
